i read somewhere 16APSK and 32APSK need to be transmitted with lowered signal strength.
both swiss broadcasting feed i scanned yesterday and this football feed viewtopic.php?p=890437#p890437 scanned back in march had about 30%

this hungarian feed had about 65%, couldn't tell for sure as dvb player app don't show this info in log

if anything, it is true that as signals are more fragile, they need a higher signal level to be intercepted in the best way: in Switzerland they prefer to transmit with high signal intensity; not so elsewhere
