This particular problem can be seen on more occasions, I wonder what it really is. 30fps signal on an encoder set for 25fps? Or maybe it is a slight variation in the standard that our home receivers cannot handle?

E.g. on PAS9 11477H I have often seen the same thing (but now it is OK)

I'm not technician or something like that ,
but there is also a test card at the same time
on the Fox feed on 12636 H Ch 2 in !!
Here on my computer , I see it
down on my screen or also on my TV !!
PS , the fox feed is in NTSC
But the picture , indeed it's not running 100%
also the same counts for the colors ,
but it's watchable ,
Rob , indeed , also on 58°W , you'll see the same !!
Leo , you told me once what this could be
