Help Needed - Satellite Card Decisions

It's been a long time since I've posted on here, I was previously known as Satjoe2003.
At the company I work for, we're going to set up some Satellite dishes and legitimately buy a card which will show as much football outside of the Sky Sports catchment area as possible - we're not interested in Premiership football.
We're looking at an Al Jazeera card, but we're really not sure what's the best value for money, or if the Al Jazeera card is worthwhile.
Can anyone recommend anything? I'm terribly sorry if this is in the wrong part of the forum, like I say it's been a while since I've used it.
Also I should add that I'm based in Berlin, Germany. Can anyone advise?
