New channels/freq at 62E...or?

Hi everyone, I havenÂ´t scanned this sat (62E) for a while but just now I made a scan and 10990 H 27500 auto (+the usual other freqs) were found. A scan of 10990 resulted in 14 tv channels, 13 enc (irdeto) and 1 FTA, looks like part of a pay-tv package. These channels (and freq) are news to me...have I missed anything? Has this freq been used before?...canÂ´t see it listed anywhere. By the way, the fta channel carries US programming (chID TVL) but the channel/s are arabic (subtitles...but not always)...anyone have any information about this freq/programming?

...seems itÂ´s a part of the Showtime package, same channels as on 7W 11996H.
